Role overview
Your day-to-day role will cover all marcomms channels, including digital and social. You'll be confident at presenting to clients and experienced in managing several clients at a time. We are looking for someone with an eye for detail who can see campaignsthrough from start to finish. You'll be given a lot of responsibility and will be able to shape the role as you progress.


Social media management:


  • Planning
  • Building and developing audiences
  • Developing creative and engaging multimedia content
  • Directing the daytoday handling of all social media channels, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and TikTok
  • In conjunction with the wider team, posting / scheduling
  • Setting up and managing advertising programmes
  • Monitoring channels and reporting
  • Audience engagement
  • Benchmarking / KPIs / ROI
  • Campaign management
  • Competitor tracking

Key duties

  • Extensive media knowledge / relationships to the benefit of our clients
  • Creative storytelling across a wide variety of channels
  • Form relationships with key influencers
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients and relevant media
  • Copywriting press releases, literature, social media content, reports, presentations, general messaging
  • Website updates to content, web stories, Pixel and Insight Tag installation
  • Able to represent the agency at client meetings taking briefs, developing them and then confidently presenting back
  • Working closely with the wider team to help deliver fully integrated campaigns that are creatively excellent
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities both organic and new

Key requirements & skills

  • Solid understanding of PR, social media, digital and marketing disciplines
  • At least five years' experience in a PR/marketing agency (including social media management)
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills
  • Understanding and experience of using and delivering social media campaigns for clients
  • Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas
  • Excellent team working and collaboration skills
  • Strong organisational skills, with the capacity to prioritise and work across multiple accounts
