Executive Assistant - Insurance

£50,000 - £55,000 Benefits + Bonus


An established international insurance firm with offices across the globe is recruiting for an Executive assistant to join one of their subsidiaries and support the Senior Leadership Team (C Suite level).

This is an excellent role with a lot of involvement and the chance to work within a really supportive and successful team.


WHAT YOU'LL DO
This is a busy EA role with lots of variety, so you'll be the kind of person who enjoys keeping on their toes and using initiative Typical duties include:

  • Extensive diary management for a couple of the SLT members
  • Minutetaking at SLT meetings and helping with producing and distributing agendas
  • Booking international travel globally they have offices in Europe, Asia, US and Australia
  • Expense management
  • Supporting with events and conferences.
  • Assisting with wider administrative duties

WHO YOU ARE


To be successful, you will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar EA role, be an efficient problem solver and be able to deal with multiple requests at any given time.


Essential requirements:

  • At least 5 years experience within an Executive Assistant role supporting at Senior Management/C Suite Level.
  • Experience within insurance would be preferred or Transport/shipping due to the area of insurance this covers.
  • Can demonstrate working in a confidential manner.
  • Proactive nature
  • Good use of initiative
  • Efficient problem solver
  • High attention to detail

THE BENEFITS
This role will pay up to £60k (DOE), in addition to a discretionary bonus and a strong benefits package.
