    As a Senior IP Lawyer, you will play a pivotal role in providing top-tier transactional and general IP advice to our clients, with a focus on pre-litigation guidance and commercial counsel, including contract matters. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional looking to leverage their expertise in patents or trademarks within a collaborative environment. Whether you're a senior associate, director, or possess a portable practice, this role offers potential for partnership and growth within our expanding business.

    Responsibilities :

    • Commercial arrangements for the creation and exploitation of intellectual property rights, including development agreements, licences and assignments
    • Provide litigation guidance in relation to patents, trademarks, and copyright, as well as broader commercial and regulatory disputes, often with multi-jurisdictional aspects
    • Collaborate effectively with specialist advisors across various key practice areas, including electronics, software, communications, chemical and life sciences, mechanical, and trademarks
    • Contribute to the growth and development of the IP practice within the firm

    Requirements :

    • Qualified lawyer with significant experience in IP law
    • Strong expertise in patents or trademarks preferred
    • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across different practice areas
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proven track record of providing high-quality legal advice and counsel
    • Flexibility to work from either our London office or other UK locations, with hybrid working arrangements available
