An award-winning international recruitment consultancy based in central London with a strong track record of success, my client is looking to hire experienced sales professionals to join their team.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will work with a team of experienced professionals in identifying, interviewing, and placing top talent for a wide range of clients across 30 countries.

You will be responsible for:

Winning new business through cold calling and networking
Writing effective job adverts
Negotiating business terms
Building and maintaining successful client relationships
Achieving targets and earning uncapped commission.

THE REWARDS:

- £24k base salary plus uncapped commission with an OTE of £50k in the 1st year, £65k in the 2nd year, and £70k+ in the 3rd year.
