About Our Client:
Our client are a leading FMCG organsiation based in Letchworth Garden City and are looking for an experienced recruiter to join their HR team.
As an Internal Recruiter you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with hiring managers to write job adverts for current openings
- Advertising jobs on relevant platforms such as Indeed and social media
- Support with the interview process
- Feedback to hiring managers after interviews
- Determine qualification criteria for each position
- Support with budgeting and salary bench marking
- Participate in job fairs to boost companies reputation
- Help new hires onboard
The Successful Applicant:
The successful Internal Recruiter will:
- Have previous recruitment experience whether inhouse or agency
- Have solid understanding of the fullrecruitment cycle
- Be experienced using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Have excellent verbal and written skills
- Be highly organised
