We have an opportunity for you
Our Facilities and Business Support Team are looking for two new Workplace Assistants to come on board. The two positions available are, one permanent contract, and one on an eighteen-month fixed-term contract.
This is an exciting time to join, as our team evolves our workplace offer.
You will be key in supporting the smooth running of our Head office and take pride in the experience we create for our staff, tenants, and visitors.
You will get involved in a variety of different operational and administrative support tasks, deal with building-related requests, and provide excellent customer service to all.
There will also be opportunities to get involved in supporting projects that improve our Head Office and the service we offer.
This role will give you an excellent opportunity to build your skills in developing strong stakeholder relationships, as you will interact with a wide range of staff across West Midlands Combined Authority as well as some key external stakeholders on occasions.
The nature of this operational role requires the successful applicant to be office based most of the time to ensure hands-on support to staff, tenants, and visitors.
