We're on the lookout for a Project Accountant to join a company based in Fareham on a temporary full-time basis for 3 months.

Offering hybrid working (2 days WFH) and exposure to various projects of different sizes, this role really is an exciting opportunity
If you're part-qualified or qualified in ACCA / ACA / CIMA and come from a strong technical background in supporting project work and maintaining Fixed Assets, then this role would be ideal for you

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller you will be responsible for:
Maintaining the Fixed Assets Register
Balance sheet reconciliations
Review previous month-end journals
Fixed Asset budgets v actuals
Support with cost allocation to Fixed assets
Prepare Audit schedules related to fixed assets


What you will need:

Experience in one or more of the following roles: Accounts Assistant / Finance Officer / Finance Assistant / Bookkeeper / Accounts Assistant / Assistant Management Accountant / Assistant Accountant / Assistant Financial Accountant
Available immediately or within 1 week notice.
Excellent attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Excel
