If you're an adaptable professional eager to drive strategic initiatives and grow alongside a PE-backed organisation, we want to hear from youReporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for:
    • Managing an ongoing ERP implementation
    • Leading on the annual audit
    • Preparation of the financial aspects of the board pack
    • Business partnering with the senior leadership team to develop strategic approaches
    • Budgeting and forecasting
    • Getting involved in forecast modelling for due diligence
    • Management accounts
    • Management of one direct report
    What you will need:
    • Previous experience in a similar role, such as Financial Controller / Finance Manager / Senior Management Accountant / Finance Director
    • To be qualified in CIMA / ACCA / ACA
    • Strong business partnering skills
    • Experience in change management would be advantageous
    • Previous work within a PE-backed business would be beneficial
