That's why we are looking for Scrum Masters to coach and mentor team members in agile practices, whilst also being able to make tough decisions and hold team members accountable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Removes impediments escalated by squads.
  • Helps squads improve over time to reach high performance.
  • Builds key relationships with other squads internal and external to the domain.
  • Protects the group from unrealistic expectations.
  • Coaching squads on becoming selforganised.
  • Coordinates dependencies and risks to delivery and ensure alignment on progress and impediments.
  • Support Group & Domain SM's when needed.
  • Attend & participate/ facilitate all squad level ceremonies.
  • Coaches the PO on their responsibilities such as: Maintaining a healthy Epic & User Story backlog / roadmap, clearly cascading information to the squads, facilitating stakeholder engagement as needed to assist the PO.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Essential:


  • An understanding of agile principles and practices
  • Experience of managing complex Projects/Products across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Excellent organisational and facilitation skills
  • Experience leading and coaching team transformations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong business and commercial acumen
