Graduate Sports Assistant (Residential)/Assistant Girls' Boarding

We are seeking to appoint 2 Resident Graduate Sports Assistants to work with the Sports Department and to assist within the Girls' Boarding House.

To commence in September 2024, on a fixed-term contract until 31st August 2025.

Ideally, we are looking to appoint university graduates, however undergraduates on a placement year will be considered and are encouraged to apply.

The posts would be ideal for those who are considering a career in Education or Sports Coaching.

The role of the Graduate Assistant is split into three main areas:

Within the Sports Department, taking responsibility for School teams as well as assisting with PE and Games lessons across the age range of the College.

Within Girls' Boarding, working as part of the duty team assisting with activities, trips and supervision in the evening and at weekends.

Act as a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead for the College.

As an Activity Assistant within the Summer Schools and Immersion programmes, this will involve working 4 weeks of the School summer holiday and 1 week each over 2 of the half terms during the year.
