Description

A global organisation, with offices based in Manchester City Centre, requires an experienced Payroll Specialist to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.


Reporting to the Assistant Payroll Manager, you will work as part of a team responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of monthly payrolls.

This is a hybrid position with two days working in the office.


Responsibilities

  • Setting up new starters and processing leavers
  • Calculation of overtime, adjustments, and bonus payments
  • Calculation SSP, SMP, SPP, Holiday Pay etc
  • FPS and EPS submissions
  • Pensions administration
  • Managing queries relating to pay
  • Keeping up to date with payroll legislation

Requirements:


  • At least two years' experience processing payroll
  • Experience processing highvolume monthly payrolls
  • Strong knowledge of payroll legislation
  • Good technical payroll knowledge, including manual calculations
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good systems skills

£26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
