Our client is a leading telecom software vendor providing network and service management solutions to leading Communications Service Providers - 8 out of 10 of the worlds largest.

With a Global presence they have established themselves a leading providerof Service Assurance to Tier 1 Communications Service Providers.

They require a
Group Financial Accountantto join the team reporting into the Group Financial Controller.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified finance individual to work for a very successful organisation and gain a breathof hands-on experience.

They are offering a salary of up to £65,000 plus a bonus depending on experience.

Hybrid working - working from home and office based (Paddington) 1 day every fortnight.


Responsibilities:


  • Yearend statutory accounts preparation and liaising with auditors
  • Preparation of audit schedules to include IFRS 15 & 1
  • Responsible for overseas audits
  • Supporting with budgeting and forecasting
  • Ownership and preparation of monthly management accounts pack
  • Streamlining internal processes to ensure a high quality of functions and procedures and continuous improvement within the transactional processing workstreams
  • Ensue transactional processes are delivered within agreed timelines
  • Assist the Group FC with regulatory and statutory reporting
  • Assist with payroll accounting
  • Provide insightful and analytical analysis highlighting variances and identifying risks and opportunities.

Requirements:


  • Finance qualification ACA / ACCA
  • Hard working individual who will lead by example
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
