Job Title:
Junior IT Support Engineer

Location:
Leicester, Leicestershire

Salary:
£22,000 - £26,000 per annum PLUS 25 Days Holiday (plus BH), Generous Pension, Guaranteed Bonus, Private Healthcare

I am looking for an experienced Junior IT Support Engineer to join a market-leading, home grown Manufacturing company based in Leicester, Leicestershire.

The role will provide excellent stability, career progression and a generous benefits package.

Responsibilities:

Manage daytoday IT operations and ensure ongoing systems stability
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
Monitor and maintain computer networks and systems
Respond to IT service requests from staff
Provide technical advice to staff on the use of IT equipment
Shadow and learn from more Senior IT Engineers

Skills & Requirements:

Knowledge of Windows operating systems
Knowledge of Office 36
Understanding of hardware components
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
