Head Of eCommerce (Remote UK) - £80,000 - £100,000


We are a recruitment agency looking to hire a talented Head Of eCommerce to join a leading Fashion and E-commerce company in the UK.

The role is fully remote.


Responsibilities:


  • Define, develop and execute the eCommerce strategy to deliver the company's objectives.
  • Lead, develop and manage the eCommerce team to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Establish and maintain a strong presence in the online space.
  • Analyse customer behavior and develop strategies to optimise the customer journey.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs to ensure performance objectives are met.
  • Develop and implement innovative digital marketing campaigns.
  • Increase brand awareness and engagement through social media and content marketing.
  • Work with the team to develop and optimise the website.
  • Oversee budget and cost management.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Head of eCommerce or in a similar role.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing and eCommerce best practices.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyse, interpret and use data to drive online performance.
  • Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Experience with CMS and analytics platforms such as Magento, Shopify and Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of SEO and UX principles.
  • Analytical thinker with strong problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
