Description

We are looking to recruit a full time Asset Management Director focusing on valuation and transactions across real estate debt based in their London office.

Key requirements and expectations of the role will include.

Assist with the high level analysis of new lending opportunities including the preparation of cashflows at both a property and portfolio level.
Undertake initial due diligence and property risk analysis with recourse to external advisors and databases.
Preparation of initial Investment/ Credit reports and recommendations.
Progressing second phase due diligence including the appointment of advisers and preparing final credit recommendations
Coordinate with external advisers including lawyers, valuers and building surveyors to ensure the effective implementation of the above.
Manage execution and ensure the smooth handover to the Loan Servicing team.
Report directly to and work closely with the Head of Credit.
