Citi is committed to accelerating inclusion within the financial services industry.Citi's Markets Quantitative Analyst Mentoring (MQA) program is a unique opportunity for individuals that are interested in pursuing a career in Quantitative Finance withinCiti's Markets business.
Please see the eligibility requirements:
- Within one or two years of completing a Bachelor's/University, Master's or PhD degree or equivalent STEM qualification or Min. 4 years working experience in a STEM related field
- Technical/programming skills: C++, Python, C#.Net, SQL, R, Java, KDB/Q, MongoDB
- A natural curiosity, attention to detail, tenacity and motivation to learn new skills
- Keen interest in financial services and global markets
Mentors will:
- Meet with their mentees
once a month for 1hour and offer advice on the skills required for the job - Guide, share experiences, challenge and prepare mentee for potential recruitment processes with Citi
- Help with interview preparation
Citi does in no way guarantee an offer of employment to mentees as a result of taking part in the MQA Mentorship Programme.
Acceptance to the MQA Mentorship Programme does not constitute employment with Citi. Citi at its discretion can cancel participationat any time without any notice to the mentee-
