    As a Business Solutions Specialist you will support the communication and sales of our nature-based solutions with key clients, brokers, investors and customers.

    We are looking for someone who has a background in carbon markets and international standards.

    This person will have a knowledge of climate, environmental or carbon standards combined with an ability to communicate effectively in a sales environment.

    An ideal candidate is customer- focussed, with a deeply rooted ambition to strengthen the role of nature-based solutions delivering value internationally.

    The Agreena Program function investigates the science required for on farm activity and data measurement that can support verification by independent standards.

    The function comprises the Science, Standards and Program Data teams.

    You will be a part of the Standards team while working and coordinating with the Agreena Commercial team which involves working closely with colleagues to support sales, due diligence and understanding of Agreena's regen ag solutions.

    How will you make an impact:
    Be solution-driven to support customer and investor requests, questions and engagement on technical aspects of Agreena solutions
    Ensure the commercial sales team have the material, understanding and support required for clients purchasing Agreena solutions
    Support due diligence processes required by potential clients and customers of Agreena
    Engage with corporate partners, customers and potential buyers in understanding and solution development for Agreena's solutions
    Liaise with Program Standards, Data and Science teams to obtain the relevant information requested by customers
    Collaborate with Program Standards, Data and Science teams to further develop existing a future projects
    Investigate future potential standards that support business goals for growth and expansion;
    Share your knowledge and awareness of the science, calculations and MRV components of the Agreena programs
    Assess future technical needs for customer support and relationship management

    Who we're looking for:
    A commercial mindset with technical knowledge
    Several years proven experience working with carbon markets, project development and supply chains (agriculture focus is a plus)
    Background working in a B2B environment and managing clients and customers
    Strong communication skills in general but specifically in presenting complex topics, and engaging different audiences.
    Relevant academic experience in Policies, International Studies, Carbon Science, or other related discipline
    Attention to detail with the ability to produce well-presented, error-free results;
    Proactive mindset that is willing to identify problems and seek solutions on their own initiative
    Effective organisation of information and ability to design and streamline information sharing processes
    Fluency in English

    Bonus points if you:
    Have scientific knowledge of research and relevant literature in carbon and soil science with focus in the agricultural and agroforestry sectors
    Have excellent analytical and problem solving skills
    Are passionate about collaborating with different teams
