Planet Recruitment are delighted to now be working with a well-established client based in Wantage.Due to continued growth are now seeking an Administrator, who is looking for their next challenge to join their busy team.
This role involves administration work, including data entry, carrying out basic checks, following up with utility supplier on the phone, and assisting with project work where required.
Role - Administrator
Salary - £22,672 - £24,000

Location - Wantage
Responsibilities of the Administrator:
- Inputting utility billing into our system. There are many different formats, industry specific language and workings.
- Carrying out specific checks on invoicing for billing errors.
- Working on tasks to support service delivery to our customers as may be required.
- Communicating with customers to obtain information as relevant to the task or service delivery.
Requirements of the Administrator:
- Have good communication skills for dealing with customers, suppliers, and other team members.
- Be selfmotivated and able to work autonomously.
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Excel and computer literate
- Wellpresented and professional
