We are currently hiring a Junior Recruiter for our Resource Training Solutions (RTS) division based in Kemble.


Responsibilities


In addition to the functions detailed below, the Junior Recruiter will be required to carry out other duties as may reasonably be required.

In addition, key objectives and targets will be set/established and agreed on appointment.

  • Maintain recruitment databases with particular attention to data entry accuracy and formatting. Ensuring that recruitment activity is tracked and recorded as required for auditory purposes.
  • Support the launch of recruitment campaigns, posting job ads on professional sites, job sites and social media.
  • Support the wider recruitment team with scheduling calls and interviews.
  • Use the company Customer Relationship Management system according to standard requirements.

Requirements:


  • Recruitment/Resourcing experience beneficial but not essential.
  • Familiarity with the recruitment lifecycle necessary.
  • High IT proficiency, including demonstrable capability with Microsoft Excel.
