Our Talent Acquisition team is dedicated to finding the best people for the firm and providing top-tier service to our stakeholders.
Our UK team is based across London & Glasgow, the team manage the end-to-end recruitment of all legal, business support and partner roles on a national basis.
We are looking to hire an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Advisor/Consultant to join our team in Glasgow.
This role will be dedicated to proactively identifying and engaging with top Legal & Risk Advisory talent in the market to fill current and future vacancies.
Key responsibilities;
- Maintain key intelligence regarding the industry and senior leader movements throughout the market.
- Ensure we adhere to a globally consistent recruitment and assessment framework so that we can measure and track talent.
- Risk and Control: Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with our regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Essential skills and experience
- Demonstrable experience or interest inhouse recruitment
- Strong people, partnership, relationship management and consulting skills.
- Strong business acumen, intellect, judgement and communication/advisory skills.
- Ability to think outside the box and produce new search methodologies for analysing and assessing talent.
- Strong attention to detail and risk and control mindset.
Desired skills and experience
- Knowledge of the legal sector and its talent landscape.
- Proven ability to drive change and influence stakeholders and senior leaders across the organisation and build credibility quickly.
- Experience with complex compensation negotiations.
- Experience of using recruitment technology (CVMail or other applicant tracking systems)
- Previous legal or professional services experience would be advantageous
