    The Opportunity

    • Nigel Wright is collaborating with a leading Accountancy organization seeking to expand its Payroll Team.
    • We are in search of experienced Payroll Administrators interested in joining a forward-thinking organization with great opportunities.

    The Job

    As a Payroll Administrator in the Payroll Team in Doncaster, you will be crucial in processing end-to-end payroll.

    • Liaising with clients to maintain employee data, build strong relationships, and ensure exceptional customer service.
    • Managing the complete payroll process, including pensions, holiday pay, and generating reports for payments.
    • Maintaining meticulous records and an efficient document control system for accuracy and compliance.
    • Staying up-to-date with company policies and tax legislation to ensure compliance.
    • Preparing month-end journals and reports for audit purposes.
    • Assisting with ad hoc duties to ensure smooth payroll operations.

    What we are looking for

    • Previous experience as a Payroll Administrator is essential.
    • Computer literate with strong numerical skills and experience in Payroll software.
    • Knowledge of HMRC legislation, Pension Auto Enrolment, and working with various clients.
    • Effective communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
