Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement operational strategies to meet organisational objectives.
  • Manage the daytoday operations of the organisation.
  • Lead and motivate staff to ensure that targets are met.
  • Ensure that all operational activities are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
  • Monitor performance of staff and take corrective action when necessary.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Analyse data to identify areas for improvement.

Salary:
£30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Manchester, M2 3AN: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
