Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers
  • Upsell products or services to increase revenue
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Analyse customer needs to recommend the most suitable solutions
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times
  • Communicate effectively in English

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous
  • Proficient in data entry with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to analyse information and solve problems effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customerfocused approach
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fastpaced environment

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
£25,896.01-£28,769.14 per year
