Job Summary:


Do you have a passion for delivering ROAS across a multitude of paid advertising channels, including Google, Microsoft, Facebook and LinkedIn? We're looking for a Paid Media Executive to join one of the fastest growing teams at Ascensor.

You'll work with both Ecommerce and Lead Gen clients operating within both B2B and B2C spaces. You'll support the PPC team in forecasting, strategy, account creation and management. You'll work on a range of brands, including household names.


Responsibilities:


  • Work with the sales team to forecast clicks and budgets to support new client acquisition.
  • Develop strategies to deliver the best results for client budgets.
  • You'll work with internal teams to generate creative, including imagery, video and copy.
  • You'll setup new campaigns using best practice.
  • You'll actively manage existing campaigns, including new campaign creation, campaign evolution, split testing, bid and keyword management.
  • You'll feedback new ideas and valueadd opportunities to client services to help us deliver increasingly better results for our client accounts.
  • You'll work with our data science team to ensure accurate data for reporting, crossreferencing platform analytics back to GA
  • You'll monitor and report on campaign performance, including CTR's and conversions, and make datadriven recommendations for improvements.
  • You'll work with our inbound marketing team to influence landing page creation and split testing of ideas to drive conversion rate optimisation.
  • You'll stay uptodate with industry trends and changes in channel functionality.
  • You'll manage relationships with external agencies and contractors, as needed.
  • Manage paid advertising budgets and ensure spend is allocated effectively.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Paid Advertising, ideally with a digital agency.
  • Good knowledge of paid channels, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Business, LinkedIn Advertising, TikTok, youTube
  • Experience with Looker (DataStudio) & Google Analytics (UA and GA4)
  • Google Ads (Shopping, Display, Search) certification
  • Expertise in keyword research, campaign optimisation, and landing page optimisation.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze data to identify areas for improvement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • An understanding of how other marketing channels impact and are impacted by PPC
  • Solid project management skills and ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Digital Marketing Apprenticeship or Marketing Degree
  • Google Analytics certification

Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
