Metropolitan, who are part of the BUUK Infrastructure Group, are looking for an
Operations Admin Lead who would like to help us reach our mission of 'making lasting connections with our customers to improve their lives'.

Internally, we call our Operations Admin Lead's 'ESCo Management Lead', and as part of the Operations team, you'll be at the heart of what we do - supporting and delivering a great experience for our customers.

This role is for a 1-year fixed term basis.


As the Operations Admin Lead your key responsibilities are

  • Oversee, develop and coach a team of Administrator's to ensure our asset and operations activities run efficiently
  • Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring work is complete, logged and updated correctly on our systems
  • Work closely with our Contact Centre team to ensure essential communication reaches our customers for any planned work
  • Deal with our contractors and providers, managing any issues through to resolution, ensuring accuracy of the information recorded
  • Work with our ICT Development team to enhance internal processes, contributing ideas and testing where appropriate

About you

  • Proven experience of developing relationships at all levels
  • Demonstrable experience and passion in delivering great outcomes for customers
  • Team management experience with a proactive approach to your work
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to use your own initiative and actively seek for improvements
