Overview of Role
H&M Distribution are actively looking for an experience Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly team within their Newton-le-Willows Depot.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will work as part of an efficient operations team to ensure that high customer satisfaction is maintained, that key clients are retained, and that strong business relationships are promoted.

H&M Distribution & International is a leading provider in the pallet haulage industry formed in January 2007, offering transport and warehousing services out of our Warrington facility in the Northwest of England.

Responsibilities
- Daily communication and interaction with customers, dealing with any issues and general queries
- Investigating and resolving any customer complaints
- Providing information on products, services, and delivery times
- Providing daily and weekly reports
- Maintaining current internal and database systems
- Escalating inquiries to appropriate team, when necessary
- Assisting with onboarding of new customers
- Passing customer feedback onto different departments to improve the organisations service
- Completing daily task sheet
Requirements:
- Excellent teamworking skills to effectively collaborate with other team members and departments
- Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills
- Clear communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Working knowledge of CRM tools
- Ability to work well in a team
- Multtasking skill and good organisational abilities
- Ability to work calmly under highstress situations

Salary:
£25,042.50 per annum plus ability to achieve quarterly bonus scheme with the view to increase as of 1st April 2024
2.
Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday, 40hrs per week between the hours of 8am-5.30pm, rotating shifts.
