My client are a leading UK distributor and manufacturer of engine filtration technology components, serving the commercial vehicle, rail, automotive, marine and industrial sectors worldwide.

Due to their continued growth and success, an exciting opportunityhas become available for a friendly, confident and motivated individual to join their growing team who has a keen interest in helping people and is interested in progressing in their career to join their solutions team.

Working within an established purchasing team with a specific area of responsibility, key duties include:

  • Using ERP system to Identify components and raw materials to purchase
  • Chase suppliers for delivery dates for critical items
  • Maintain and refine system to reduce out of stocks and stock inventory value
  • Communicate with suppliers on pricing, ordering strategy and stock cleanses
  • Arrange shipping for imported products
  • Investigate any purchasing invoice query's
