Job Description:


  • The handling of inbound calls (order and technical).
  • Providing professional accomplished communication to a wide range of customers.
  • Advising on price and availability of parts.
  • Order progressing.

Qualifications:


  • Excellent customer service experience.
  • Confident, professional telephone manner.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Data entry experience.
  • Basic understanding of IT skills.
  • Basic understanding of technical skills.
  • Working with SAP is an advantage however is not essential.
  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
  • 09:00 17:00 (30 hours)
