Pattern of Work:
Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week

Excellent communication skills
Ability to prioritise tasks and work with a degree of selfmanagement
Work under pressure and to use own initiative
Flexible, problemsolving approach and strong team player
Minimum CIPD Level 5 Qualified
Strong generalist HR and employment law knowledge
Advanced Microsoft Office skills

Key Duties include:

Delivery of key people processes, HR products and services
Advise and coach line managers in implementing and developing good people skills and performance management. Coach and upskill managers on key HR policies and procedures.
Payroll
Absence Management
Disciplinary & Grievance management
Owning and delivery of key projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems, policies, and practices.
