Portable Foods Manufacturing Company Ltd is a subsidiary of Kellogg, established in 1998 and based in Wrexham.

We are seeking a Shift Leader who will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the shift team activities to ensure operational excellence in compliance with people safety, food safety, quality and KWS standards.

This role covers all operational areas of Portable Foods.

Good interpersonal and collaboration skills

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

Ability to produce and analyse performance metrics and standards.
IOSH Managing Safely, Accident Investigation & IMT (Incident Management Team) member.
People management skills, including absence management, EDP process, discipline & grievance, and performance management.
Financial awareness and budget control
AM trained to Level
Practical experience in problem solving tools & processes (PDCA, 6W2H, 5why, etc.)
Create and cascade the weekly shift plan to set the direction for the Team Leaders for the shift. Monitor shift performance and identify and drive solutions by providing guidance/instruction for recovery versus plan.
