Our Trade Activation Executive is responsible for developing BBG business over a large territory of Managed On-Trade Hospitality Operators.

This will be achieved through developing relationships with key sites and regional operational managers, growing networks and being a true Brand Ambassador for BBG.


Understanding the importance of perfect brand execution, you will be required to uphold the highest standards whilst delivering a wide range of tasks.

The position requires a passion for beer and our industry, combined with an ability to spot and develop opportunities to maximise sales.

The role:

  • Responsible for a large territory spanning half of the country, you will be responsible for driving performance of our brands in trade, in the largest & most influential On Trade customers in the UK.
  • Focusing on the Managed channel strategy, supporting the National Account Managers in delivering site level trade execution plans, ensuring the highest brand standards are met for maximum impact, including brand badge and tap refreshes, POS placement, contract compliance and implementing trade programs.
  • Working with National Account Managers to set up and then run trade activations, launch nights and training sessions in pubs, bars, hotels and restaurants on a regular basis across the UK, with travel required frequently including overnight stays due to the large territory covered.
  • With your feet on the street approach, you will support the team in gathering data to build compelling proposals to increase our share within existing Managed customers and unlock new opportunities for us and our customer base.
  • Differentiate our brands through innovative support and category insights that adds value to our customers.
  • Delivery of projects relating to 2023 strategies within the customer base, growing knowledge, increasing sales, delivering training, tracking & forecasting branded materials.
  • Customer centric, confident and able to find solutions to solve business challenges, presenting them to a wide range of stakeholders effectively to achieve our joint business plan objectives.

Who we're looking for:

  • Passion for Beer and Food Industry experience in the FMCG and or hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Excellent networker, relationship building and followup skills.
  • Very enthusiastic & self motivated to make a difference.
  • Disciplined, driven, ambitious and resilient.
  • Strong organisation skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Analytical skills, strong business understanding of risk vs reward.
  • Computer proficiency and aptitude, specifically with Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Flexible with irregular working hours (including some evenings).
  • This role is Field Based role so a current UK Driving License is required.
