Description
It's our mission to empower the world of education, and in the role of Business Support Officer you will help us to achieve this mission by providing support to national projects such as the National Tutoring Programme (NTP), a Department for Education initiative which provides access to high-quality tutoring to help pupils whose education has been affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.
Tribal have recently been awarded new contracts, which are positively impacting the education journey for children nationally.The role
You will be part of the Education Services Operations Team, who ensure the smooth operation of Education Services contracts and projects.
You will work closely with the project team and project manager to provide a range of areas of project administrative support which will typically include, but not limited to, organising meeting and venues, supporting meetings, updating documentation and reports as well as data input and manipulation.
The person
Your attention to detail and time keeping skills will be highly utilised in this busy team as it gears up for project success.
Additionally, you will be keen to contribute to the continuous improvement of processes with the support of the colleagues in the team.
You will be an effective and confident communicator with people at all levels and you will be confident dealing with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and handling data in a sensitive and confidential manner.
A pro-active approach is essential, as is the ability to work flexibly and responsively to changing business requirements as you will be required to work flexibly and willing to support your co-workers in the business support team, ensuring projects and activities across the programme have extra support where required.

Salary: £23,000.00£26,000.00 per year
