Requirements:

Demonstrable experience in a 360 recruitment desk or a focused delivery desk with a proven track record of consistent billing.
Proficient in recruitment procedures and applicant tracking systems.
Awareness of Recruitment Marketing software is advantageous.
Knowledgeable in Employer Branding strategies.
