Responsibilities:

Engage in the recruitment process by initiating and implementing sourcing strategies.
Ensure compliance with company procedures whilst creating, posting, and updating job advertisements.
Manage and maintain adherence to the necessary compliance standards within the recruitment sector.

Requirements:

Proven track record in recruitment, preferably as a Senior Consultant.
An optimistic and resilient mindset, able to weather potential setbacks.
Outstanding organisational abilities, with prowess in managing personal workload.
Adaptability to meet the evolving requirements of a rapidly expanding business.
Motivation and determination complemented by a goaloriented mindset.
Fluency in performing under pressure within a fastpaced environment.
Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal, for assertive and effective interactions.
