Description

We are looking for a Customer Line Account Advisor to join our Manchester team.

The role:

You will act as a first point of entry for all customer requests regarding core functions (i.e., Commercial, Risk, Claims, EOLIS, Policy Administration including Collection)

What you will do:
Handle requests across all segments and channels in a customer-focused way

Answer standard customer requests over the phone on various topics across all core functions

Take personal responsibility for the implementation of group-wide quality of service standards in the Advisory and Solution Department

Service customer segments according to guidelines of Operational Manual
Interact closely with other core functions (i.e., Risk, Claims, Policy Administration)
Project support and User Acceptance Testing

Key requirements/skills/knowledge

Market knowledge:

Good understanding of market and its specifics

Business expertise:

Several years of training and experience in Euler Hermes' core functions
Ability to adapt to new topics ('trainingonthejob')

Interpersonal skills:

Ability to liaise with members of other core functions
Ability to empathise with customers
