Job description - Product Specialist

As a Product Specialist in London, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients fully leverage the capabilities of our cybersecurity platform.

You will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to clients, feedback analysis and helping them understand and maximise the value of our products in enhancing their security posture


Key responsibilities - Product Specialist

  • In this Product Specialist role, you will be:_
  • Gather and analyse customer feedback to inform product development priorities.
  • Investigate client data issues to understand the source of the problem and put forward solution to the development team.
  • Work closely with the Head of Product to create and design new product enhancements.
  • Research and Analyse the platform data to test theories for product enhancements.
  • Great detailed specifications which are robust so that the development team create consistent and highquality features.
  • Collaborate with the development team to translate client needs into actionable product features.
  • Contribute to the creation of product documentation, FAQs, and support materials.

Job requirements - Product Specialist

  • A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computing, or a related field, with a classification of either a 1st class or 2:
  • A minimum of
    two years of commercial, clientfacing experience, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity sectors but not required.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problemsolving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.
  • A strong understanding of cyber security concepts and the technology landscape.
  • Desirable to have the passion for technology and cyber security.
  • Proactive, with a selfdriven approach to learning and personal development.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent team player, with a positive attitude and a commitment to achieving team goals.
