Hours:
Monday - Friday, Full time, Flexibility on hours is available

Annual Leave - 25 days pro rata + bank holidays

Location:
Office Based (Some flexibility to support a hybrid role once successful completion of a probation period)

Salary:
£19,000 p.a. to £22,000 p.a. depending on experience

The company operates nationally with its head office based in Swansea. Due to growth, we are expanding our marketing team.

The Role
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Digital Marketing
maintain and grow LinkedIn profile, assist to manage B2B database, update the website with marketing materials
Collate marketing materials from a number of sources
Assist in the delivery of forwardthinking ideas to promote campaigns in line with the industry
Working to strict timelines to ensure campaigns and marketing plans are completed in time and in line with the objectives outlined.
Build and maintain an understanding of the industry, in addition to an understanding of the products & services available.
Completion of any marketing administrative work as needed
Occasional travel will be required to complete training and on occasion, there may be a need to attend events to support (_Costs will be reimbursed)_

Essential:

Ability to understand and work within regulatory restrictions (particularly FCA regulations)
Positive cando attitude
Ability to work with a variety of software packages
Attention to detail
Organisation

Desirable:

Marketing qualifications
Marketing experience

Reporting
The role will report directly to the Head of Lending and Managing Director.
