Sales Support

Job Type:
Permanent


Hours:

Monday - Friday, 9am -5.30pm - You may be expected to work outside of these core hours as and when the business requires.

Annual Leave - 25 days pro rata + bank holidays

  • Location: Swansea

Salary:
starting at £19,000 - £22,000

The role
We are currently recruiting for the position of sales support.

The below list is not exhaustive of the duties expected but gives an outline of the day-to-day activities:


  • Registering brokers on Brilliant groups internal system
  • Promotion of various events to ensure attendance rates
  • Assist other areas of the business with queries on brokers
  • Support the business, the team and the management with any issues that may arise
  • General administrative duties e.g. post, scanning, updating various systems
  • Liaising with both the sales department and brokers to schedule meetings
  • Assisting with the on the day management of events


The right person will be energetic, approachable and able to build rapports with brokers and other colleagues within the business.

We are looking for someone who is confident, keen to develop their skills and progress within the Brilliant Group. Full training is provided.
Key Skills

  • Ability to work independently within a team structure.
  • Multitasking in a high energy, fast paced environment.
  • The ability to build relationships is essential.
  • Sales experience is ideal but not essential.
  • Mortgage experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • Professional attitude with a drive to succeed.
  • A desire to learn, develop and progress.
