    Simpson Judge are a specialist recruitment company specialising in Finance, Legal and IT appointments. Operating in both the UK and USA. We have been established since 2013.

    This position sits on our US team with full potential to relocate to the United States. Given the timezone difference, your hours will be 11am-7pm.

    We have gone through a significant period of growth over the past year with headcount increasing by 20% and revenue increasing by 80% + YOY. We are now looking to grow again and we will be doing our next trainee intake in March 2024. You will have an industry leading training and development program which is responsible for 8 of the top 10 performers in the company entering the industry with little or no previous industry experience.

  • Ambitious and hard working. About the Job Your duties will include but not be limited to -
  • Cold business development, marketing, and networking.
  • Building long lasting relationships with candidates and clients across your niche specialism.
  • Market mapping and understanding industry challenges.
  • Identifying and head-hunting relevant candidates for talent short markets.
  • Using technology and data to find solutions for candidates and clients alike.
  • Reviewing applications, filtering CVs, interviewing candidates.
  • Organising and managing the end to end recruitment process for clients.
  • Consulting and offering advice at all stages of the process.
  • Working towards and delivering against challenging targets.
  • Advertising.
  • Research.
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties. You will be office based in Manchester Mon-Thurs with Friday work from home. All systems are cloud based and you will operate from a company mobile and laptop with access to our CRM system. Again all training will be given on this aspect of the role.
