Our client is looking for an Account Manager to join their team based in Ireland and accelerate sales for a globally influential CSTD product portfolio, currently considered to be leading the market.

The role

As an Account Manager, you'll be an innovative sales individual who is ready to incorporate your own initiative into the company's sales process to unearth opportunities.

You'll liaise with pharmacy specialists and nursing teams across both NHS and privatesettings to showcase a range of innovative CSTD components that support the safe handling of hazardous drugs.

By adopting a consultative approach, you'll become a trusted advisor to executive decision makers and generate new within large accounts.


  • Responsibilities include:_
  • Managing daytoday aspects of customer accounts
  • Evaluating the overall effectiveness of the territory
  • Coordinating with Procurement personnel responsible for medical devices
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and digesting customer feedback
  • Undertaking data analysis of commercial opportunities
  • Maintaining a high level of competitive intelligence to recommend selling techniques
  • Operating within budget and providing monthly progress against KPIs

The requirements:


  • To be successful in this role, you'll have strong (5+ years') experience in healthcare sales including hospital pharmacy, aseptic, medical device and/or pharmaceutical

Other requirements include:

  • Qualified in a scientific/nursing pharmacy discipline
  • High level of business intelligence and commercial and/or financial acumen
  • Analytical and strategic with an aptitude for problemsolving
  • Familiar with theatre and clinical environments
  • Excellent relationshipbuilding skills with all levels of staff
  • Customerfocused and keen to drive great customer experience
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Able to confidently undertake multiple projects and influence decisionmaking
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Flexible and willing to travel across the territory
  • Positive, driven and resultsorientated
