Our client is looking for a Product Application Trainer to join their dominant medical device brand in the North of the UK.

We're working on behalf of the market leaders in endoscopy. With a product portfolio including instruments and devices for the entire field of human and veterinary medicine.

The company utilises central image and data archiving systems to streamline andsimplify mínimally invasive surgery for convenient, comprehensive, and high in quality products.


The role


As a Product Application Trainer, you will produce handbooks, and lead post-installation user training across the North of the UK.

You will also focus on sales and customer support to new and existing clients within UK healthcare establishments. You willwork by company procedures and standards and build a clear understanding of the company's product portfolio.

  • Responsibilities include: _
  • Ensuring customers and endusers are competent in the use of endoscopic products
  • Producing Instructions for User guidance handbooks
  • Preparing users with product introduction
  • Planning, developing, and conducting effective training programmes
  • Creating teaching aids such as demonstration models, visual aids, and computer tutorials
  • Identifying continuous personal and professional development
  • Working by processes and safety requirements
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Supporting the business to achieve annual objectives
  • Organised and able to confidently undertake multiple projects

The requirements

  • You will ideally live in Manchester or Leeds, and have prior clinical support experience with direct experience in customer interactions and presentations, as well as_
  • Educated to A Level or equivalent
  • Nurse diploma or medical engineering background is beneficial
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Experience in dealing with enquiries from customers
  • Comfortable in an operating room environment
  • A drive to open new relationships and expand existing ones where appropriate
  • Able to deal with challenging experiences in a calming way
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Proactive communicator who is willing to take responsibility for challenging situations
  • Good computer literacy skills (including Microsoft Office suite)
  • Full UK driving license
  • Regular travel across the North
  • This role is fieldbased covering the North of the UK and flexibility to stay overnight on occasions is required. _
