The International Recruitment Team, within the External Relations Service, at the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan) is seeking to appoint an International Officer to deliver first class support to colleagues in the International Recruitment Team.

The primary focus of the role is to support the strategic business development and operational management of the University of Central Lancashire's international recruitment effort with the aim of increasing UCLan's profile and the number of enrolled international students across all levels, in an increasingly challenging international environment.

We are therefore looking for a proactive, enthusiastic colleague who can deliver a professional and efficient service, with a genuine interest in and understanding of international recruitment to the UK.

Applicants should have direct or related experience in the field of international education and be looking to further utilise their skills and expertise in this area.

As this is an area of activity undergoing constant shift and change, in an increasingly competitive environment, the role holder needs to be able to evaluate and implement change where necessary.

UCLan is committed to providing a safe environment to study, work, and visit, protecting children, young people, and adults at risk from harm and abuse.

Our safeguarding policy and safer recruitment procedure outlines our approach, alongside other internal policies, procedures, and guidance which can be found on our website at Safeguarding - UCLan
