My client are an estabished Solicitors firm based in Bradford and due to recent growth, they are looking to recruit a Legal Secretary to join their successful team.
Description
The key duties/ responsibilities of the Legal Secretary will include:
- Working to strict deadlines
- Maintenance of diary and case management system in particular, logging deadlines and notifying fee earners.
- Assisting feeearners with tasks on request
Profile
- Excellent typing and audio skills.
- Previous experience in the legal industry as an audio typist / secretary.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Self
- Detailfocused
- Wellpresented with good people skills.
- Organised and proactive in all aspects of work
- Reliable, punctual and accurate
Job Offer
Upto 25k Salary + Immediate start + Monday - Friday hours + Free onsite parking
