Finance Business Partner
T2M resourcing are recruiting a Finance Business Partner for a major group. As Finance Business Partner you will report to the Head of Finance with responsibility for a multi-site division.

This is an ideal opportunity to really make your mark in the business and in return our client offers a competitive salary £55,000 to £60,000plus car allowance (£5,200) + Bonus (up to 20%) + Benefits Package and the genuine opportunity for career progression.

Your challenge

This is a fast-moving business, and we seek a qualified accountant who thrives in an environment where you will be directly supporting the business operations (Finance Business Partnering) to achieve the budgeted profit for each location and as a region.

You will need to be able to deliver monthly financial results and analysis to non-finance management, get involved in contract pricing negotiations with customers and produce the annual budget with regular reforecasts.

Whilst accounts preparation and finance transaction processes are managed by a central shared services finance team, this is very much a "hands on" role where you will fully utilise your technical accounting skills and commercial acumen to the full.

What are we looking for?

You must be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) who has trained in a medium to large firm (either Public Practice or Commerce / Industry)
Strong educational background ideally educated to Degree level.
Possess strong financial reporting and analysis skills with the ability to quickly identify issues / variances and resolve them.
Previous experience (post qualification) of working as a Finance Business Partner, Management Accountant or similar role where you have supported (and challenged) the operation business management team. The ability to present financial information in a way that nonfinance managers will understand is essential
Be confident presenting information at regional management meetings and to attend customer meetings and be actively involved in pricing negotiation
You need to be a selfstarter who can work both independently as part of a team in a corporate environment
