A full-time opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic
Customer Service Administrator to join our friendly Administration Department at our Contact Centre based in Ipswich for our Fred.\\ Holidays Tour Operation and GoCruise & Travel Franchise.
Ideally you will be someone who is very well organised, has an eye for accuracy, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and an aptitude to learn new skills quickly.

- Do you embrace change and love to solve problems?
Your duties will include all aspects of the after sales process, including issuing all booking documentation, handling and resolve customer queries and complaints, whilst working towards your KPI's.
