The Opportunity
Working as part of a highly experienced HR team at the large manufacturing site, this is a great role to further develop your career as an HR Business Partner.
With responsibility for all employee life cycle activity you will provide an excellent and proactivegeneralist HR service.Key elements of the role include;
- working with the leadership team and wider HR team at the manufacturing site to build strong relationships
- supporting the wider HR team to enhance and embed the people strategy at the site
- Leading on disciplinaries and grievances, supporting on complex ER cases
- Monitor and report on data
- Responsible for Onboarding
- Helping to drive continuous improvement activities
