What you can expect from us
- We offer a competitive salary of £31,150 (£17.12 per hour)
- Pay to increase to £32,863.25 from April 2023 (£18 per hour)

About the role
We are looking for a
Hoarding Specialist - (1 post) to join our Safer Neighbourhoods team.
This role is a home based role, where there is no daily requirement to attend an office with the flexibility to attend as required and you will be required to travel to other regions for meetings or to cover for colleagues on occasion.
The primary aim of this tole is to provide 1-1 support and help to customers where hoarding is affecting their ability to manage their tenancy with Onward to enable them to live independently and prosper.
Hoarding specialist manage a caseload of customers experiencing difficulties with hoarding to support them to sustain their at risk tenancies.
They deliver bespoke, hands on support to customers liaising with internal and external partners to ensure customers get the support they need.
We work in an integrated way with other colleagues within Onward as well a working in partnership to develop peer support networks and tackle the stigma associated with hoarding.
What are we looking for?
Experience of delivering first class service to customers and delivering projects on time and on budget, including monitoring and evaluation.
Experience of performance management, working proactively to ensure all KPI's are met each month. IT skills - Microsoft Office up to an intermediate level.
