The role will include supervising a class during the absence of a teacher, responding to questions, supporting pupils in undertaking set activities.

In most supply work, cover lessons will already have been set.

This is a great opportunity to maintain work-lifebalance, this position is ideal for Primary Teachers looking to gain experience in various schools, as well as newly qualified teachers to gain experience in teaching.

Requirements:

Good quality of written and verbal communication
Ability to implement school policies and procedures
Teacher Qualifications (QTS, PGCE, TEACH FIRST etc.)
Enthusiasm and outstanding teacher knowledge to engage the students
Proven track record of planning and assessing lessons to ensure progress is made by students
Positive and proven behaviour management strategies
Enhanced DBS on the update service (We can support you to get this)
