Due to continued growth they are now looking to recruit an Estate Agency Sales Negotiator to their team selling properties across the local area in an exciting role which offers fantastic career progression
If you are ambitious, passionate about property and enjoy working in a dynamic environment then this is a really good move.
Key duties will be:
- Acting as a main point of contact for vendors and buyers delivering a first class service and building good business relationships
- Marketing new and existing properties, arranging photography, building schedules and organising home reports
- Handling property enquiries setting up viewings, securing new valuations and working to a diary system
- Professionally negotiating sales gathering viewing feedback + setting and managing closing date
- Working as a team player alongside colleagues to ensure targets and business objectives are met
- All connected general administration
Genuine opportunities available to progress higher in the company and take on more duties including valuing property and winning new business
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
