We are seeking a tenacious, highly motivated, and target-driven Reward professional to support our Regional Reward team drive Compensation and Benefits strategy across the UK, Ireland, and Nordic markets.
As a Sr Compensation Analyst, you play a vital role in enabling the business to develop a modern, compelling Reward offering for our colleagues.
What will you do?
- Manage and deliver company benefits within portfolio countries. This will include Life Insurance, Accident and Disability plans, Critical Illness plans, Medical plans and Recreational benefits.
- Drive the alignment and harmonisation of benefits and compensation programmes in the relevant countries. Ensure our colleague proposition is aligned to the Company vision.
- Support benefit design, development and implementation. This includes delivering efficient stakeholder engagement, colleague communication and (in the case of the UK) flexible benefits system management.
- Manage existing benefit providers and brokers in support of benefit renewals/market reviews, and supporting claims received within allocated countries
- Support and/or lead projects providing/contributing Reward expertise as required. This includes Mergers and Acquisition activity and the integration of newly acquired companies.
- Actively review each market to identify new opportunities to improve existing benefit programmes, ensure benefits remain competitive, aligned to legislation, and aligned with company strategy
- Assist in planning annual pay and bonus rounds in Workday. This includes market movement analysis, budgeting relative with local collective/statutory increases, validation and testing of tools and systems, process execution and data integrity checks
- Partner with HR and Business on compensation issues, offering creative solutions on matters including offermaking process, job evaluation, and internal equity adjustments
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience within a related field
Experience:
Demonstrable experience of either leading, or supporting the development and delivery of country level programmes is critical.
Given the countries this role will support, a familiarity of working in a Unionised or Works Council governed environment will be viewed positively.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Robust Project Management capability. You are capable of crafting plans, identifying and handling interdependencies, and delivering quality outcomes against agreed targets
- Strong financial competence. You can link Reward prioritises to key business drivers, ensuring spend is targeted towards initiatives with the highest return on investment
- Strong interpersonal skills including communication. You can build relationships and influence across all levels of the organisation, able the communicate complicated concepts in a way our audiences can understand.
- Focussed on delivery. You are comfortable multi tasking within a dynamic and fastpaced environment
- Independent. You are comfortable operating as a "self starter" with mínimal direction, and can develop relationships and business knowledge remotely
